Colts' Kitchen Caters Bar Mitzvah

  
    This upcoming Saturday Colts' Kitchen will be catering a 100 people Bar Mitzvah. The Chefs will be making and passsing hors d'oeuvres as well as tending to four different food bars.
   
      There will be an Italian bar, a Ramen bar, a taco bar and a pudding bar.
    
     Throughout the week the Chefs will be prepping for the hors d'oeuvres and bars.
    
     The hors d'oeuvres are consisting of caprese sticks which is a salad on a stick with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil; mushroom turnovers and potato pancakes.
    
     For the savory stations, the Chefs will be serving fish tacos, soba noodles, lasagna, and a caesar salad.
As for the pudding bar, there will be chocolate, vanilla and salted caramel pudding with assorted toppings.

     This week will be a hectic memory as this is the Chefs first Bar Mitzvah catering.

                              The menu is set and so are the Chefs to complete our culinary request!
