THE TRAILBLAZER: UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Yes, you read the title right: The Trailblazer is under construction. Well, for online at least. 

The Trailblazer staff is always looking for ways to amp up the excitement about the newspaper, and our online blog is no exception. We decided to take down this site and re-vamp it, giving it an entirely new look. 

Our new site will be made by a new site, which lets you create custom domains and even let you build a website from scratch, something that Google doesn't let you do for FREE. (Sorry Google.)

The Trailblazer staff is excited to show you the new site, as well as all of the new content that will be featured on the site. You will be able to submit articles of any topic, get/give advice and even interact with staff writers face to face. Or in this case, screen to screen.

We have many thrilling things planned out for our website, which should be up by the next physical issue of The Trailblazer. Stay tuned!

Colts' Kitchen Caters Bar Mitzvah

  
    This upcoming Saturday Colts' Kitchen will be catering a 100 people Bar Mitzvah. The Chefs will be making and passsing hors d'oeuvres as well as tending to four different food bars.
   
      There will be an Italian bar, a Ramen bar, a taco bar and a pudding bar.
    
     Throughout the week the Chefs will be prepping for the hors d'oeuvres and bars.
    
     The hors d'oeuvres are consisting of caprese sticks which is a salad on a stick with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil; mushroom turnovers and potato pancakes.
    
     For the savory stations, the Chefs will be serving fish tacos, soba noodles, lasagna, and a caesar salad.
As for the pudding bar, there will be chocolate, vanilla and salted caramel pudding with assorted toppings.

     This week will be a hectic memory as this is the Chefs first Bar Mitzvah catering.

                              The menu is set and so are the Chefs to complete our culinary request!
